HOW MUCH WILL OUR WORK COST
We show up to your house with a truck stocked with 1000s of parts—our “Warehouse on Wheels™.” This means that the repair can be done right then and there while we are at your home unless your problem is unusual. This preparation saves you not only time but also money. Before any work happens, our technician will provide a Straight Forward™ price with options, so you know exactly what it costs and what is going to be done. As the client, you only have to pay a small service fee to get this technician to your home and have him assess your problem.
We do not have a per-hour charge. Instead, our technician will share your options with you using our Straight Forward Pricing Guide™, which provides the total cost of the job. You will know all your options and the commitment upfront, and of course, our technician will provide his experienced advice to help you decide what is best for you and your home.
When companies charge by the hour, clients never know what they are in for to get a repair done until the very end. They are often unable to make the best (or often any) decisions as to the best option for their home. That’s why we utilize a Straight Forward Pricing™ guide. With it, there is no “milking of hours” or unnecessary trips that the client ends up paying for. Our clients have all the options there are presented before work begins. Moreover, with our Straight Forward Pricing™, the onus of being efficient falls onto our shoulders, ensuring the quickest results for your projects.
Other companies almost always charge their customers’ travel time. This is a by-the-hour charge to drive to and from your home, and if that drive takes an hour, you pay for an hour of work you’re not even receiving.
At Electric Work Force, we want our clients to know everything upfront. That is why you will invest in a set service fee, no matter how long it takes to get to your home and to assess your issues and offer options. You don’t want to be blindsided by hidden costs, and we don’t want you to be either!
We don’t have an overtime rate! The only price difference you’ll see is a slight change in the initial service fee. However, the repair work, which is the largest cost to the client, does not change after hours.
